Emails from Yell Website.

We need email contacts for mortgage brokers from Yell website based on the city and post codes. Excluding Banks and building societies on the list.
For example B post code have approx 100 areas (https://www.postcodearea.co.uk/postaltowns/birmingham/). We don't know how many in area. We want quote for 500 - 1000 list.

List of cities to start is Birmingham, Leeds & Leicester. But if there are 500 unique in Birmingham & surrounding it will be sufficient.

The search parameter is "mortgages" and then the post code. For Birmingham is B1, B2 etc.

However, the listing intersect between areas - see attached image. Each post code represent a specific radius, may 7 kms. So there will be duplicates. We only need unique. For some post codes there are 10 pages on Yell. One option is to check every 10 post codes and compare for duplicates (e.g. B1, B10, B20 etc).

Yell has the broker's website but not email. So will need to go to the website to obtain the email. Need to be direct from agent site.

Information required: Company name, address post code and email. We don't need any company that has no email. Read through carefully the requirements. Good luck.
