Email Template & Outlook Assistance

We are looking to get an email template created which will be able to render and send properly through Microsoft Outlook.
Communications with our clients are done through Outlook, but email marketing campaigns are also carried out through MailChimp, so we will also need a template to be compatible with MailChimp.

We have an existing template but would like one that looks a bit more professional. With this we would also be looking for advice on how to get the email sent out through Outlook.
