I am seeking a freelancer to conduct an email marketing campaign for a list of approximately 2,500 UK-based companies. The goal is to promote a specific offering to these potential customers over the course of 10 business days. Although this would be a regular occurrence if we can develop a good rapport.

The list contains company names and email addresses that have been compiled in an Excel spreadsheet. The freelancer will be responsible for segmenting this list and sending customized emails to roughly 250 recipients per day. The content of these emails needs to be approved beforehand and must be carefully crafted to avoid appearing as spam.

Given the sensitivity around unsolicited commercial emails, preventing our domain from getting blacklisted is a top priority. The freelancer should employ best practices for permission-based email marketing, including utilizing an email service provider that sends emails legally and provides tracking of opens/clicks.

Progress reports detailing the number of emails sent each day as well as basic metrics (e.g. open/click rates) must be provided to evaluate audience engagement and allow adjustment of messaging if needed. Technical expertise in list segmentation, SMTP delivery, and legal email practices is required to complete this campaign successfully and remain compliant with anti-spam regulations.
