We're a professional gel and nail polish brand looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to help us create high-converting, visually engaging email campaigns. We need someone skilled in Klaviyo who can design and execute a range of product-focused emails that will resonate with our audience and drive sales.

Scope of Work:

Design & Content Creation: Develop eye-catching emails that highlight our products, promotions, and seasonal collections, making our brand stand out in customers' inboxes.
Campaign Management: Build and schedule campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring optimal timing and targeting for maximum engagement.
Segmentation & Personalization: Use Klaviyo’s tools to segment and personalize emails, aiming to boost open rates and conversions.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Run A/B tests on email elements to continually improve performance.
Performance Tracking: Monitor email metrics and provide insights to help refine future campaigns.
Requirements:

Proven experience with Klaviyo and email marketing for e-commerce, preferably in beauty or fashion.
Strong design sense and ability to create engaging, on-brand email visuals.
Data-driven approach with experience in analyzing metrics and optimizing for results.
