Email Marketing Campaign: Set Up & Manage

Objective
To improve our conversion ratio of sales calls. We are looking for email marketing to help us achieve this.
We would like to educate our prospective customers in a series of automated emails explaining various subject matters about wooden sash windows.

The goal is to be seen as a ‘trusted advisor’ and the emails should install a level of confidence and make it an easy decision for the prospects to choose our company over our competition. We have inbound sales leads which are qualified and then a physical appointment is made for one of our sales staffs in London.

Once an incoming call is qualified, and appointment is made a series of email will be sent out by our administrator.

What is required:
• CRM package (if separately required?). Select and set up a suitable package from your experience. Can we use Excel?
• Email Marketing Campaign. Select and set up a suitable system from your experience.
• Explain and train how we can manage this ourselves. Templates etc
• Support. Provide some ongoing ad-hoc support going forward
• Management reports. Feedback who is opening and viewing / unsubscribing from emails etc

You will need to:
• Examples showing where you have done this work before.
• Happy for meetings over zoom. Discussion over email is fine but I will require meetings over Zoom to share and view documents together.
• UK Based or UK Timezone
• Add hoc management. Provide ongoing Add hoc management to ensure working correctly.

We will provide:
• Copy for the emails
• Assistance where necessary
• Payment for any licenses etc
