Email list for defence & aerospace companies in Switzerland - CEO &general enquiries

Hi everyone,

We are a UK defence, security & aerospace company and will be holding an international conference for these sectors next month in another European country. Although we've already done the majority of our online and email marketing for the event, this is a sort of last attempt to generate additional leads for the conference (which will take place at the end of February) from companies we may have previously missed.

What is needed therefore is an Excel spreadsheet for all the defence, security and aerospace companies in Switzerland (large and small), which in addition to a general enquiries email address, will need to include the emails of the main decision-maker(s) of each company, and/or their Business Development/Sales & Marketing Director or equivalent.

Please note that these will need to be current and as close as possible to 100% accurate. So no bought lists, generic lists that live online, etc. A lot of this may have to be done manually, unless you already have the list as a result of your job, previous freelance engagement or company activities.

The fields in the Excel spreadsheet will need to be as follows:
- Company Name
- Email Address
- First Name
- Surname
- Position
- Website
- Industry

The general enquiries email and the decision-maker's email will need to be put in as separate entries. The industry will be 'Defence', 'Security' or 'Aerospace'. Please see the attached as an example of format.

If this job proves successful for the right person, there is likely to be follow on work.

Please note that once the list is provided, it will be tested within 24 hours, and if it has a higher than 20% bounce rate, the job will be considered to have NOT been delivered. The release of funds from escrow will be conditional upon this and should such a situation arise, evidence of the bounce rate will be provided. Apologies for the slight cynicism, but we had a very unpleasant experience last year with something similar.

This basically means that the successful candidate will need to ensure their list is legitimate and checked through thoroughly for accuracy before being provided, and everything should be fine.
