The copywriter will:

• Analyse the website
• Extract platform structure and commercial logic
• Translate technical platform information into clear professional emails
• Use relevant imagery or diagrams where appropriate
• Maintain brand alignment

No invented claims.
No exaggerated positioning.
All content must align with existing website messaging.

Platform Structure

The email sequence must introduce the OCC “T Model” platform stack:

T1, Starter Platform, out of the box, ready to deploy
T2, T3, T4 expanded capability stacks
T5 Sovereign Intel, enterprise infrastructure

Special emphasis must be placed on the commercial logic and simplicity of the out of the box Starter Platform.

Scope of Work
Phase 1, Copy Creation

Deliver:

• 16 structured emails
• 120 to 180 words per email
• One clear commercial idea per email
• Strong professional subject lines
• Low pressure CTA lines

All emails must follow a master template structure which we will provide.

Tone must be:

Phase 2, Wix Automation Implementation

The freelancer must also:

• Insert approved images from occsoftware.com where appropriate
• Build a single automation workflow
• Configure label based entry trigger
• Add structured wait steps
• Add end of sequence label logic
• Test the full automation

Automation Requirements:

Recipients must receive 4 emails per week
On specific fixed days and times

For example:

Monday at 7:45am
Wednesday at 12:15pm
Friday at 9:00am

The workflow must:
