Email Agency Customer Success Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Client Success Manager to join our email marketing agency. The Client Success Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our Priority 1 clients. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, including campaign requests, inquiries, and reporting. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for maintaining regular communication, monitoring project progress, and ensuring the timely delivery of services.


Key Responsibilities:

- Client Communication: Act as the main liaison between the agency and Priority 1 clients, handling day-to-day communication regarding campaign requests, addressing quick questions, and providing updates as needed.
- Monthly Check-In: Conduct regular monthly check-ins with Priority 1 clients to review performance, gather feedback, and discuss upcoming campaigns or initiatives.
- Monthly Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly reports to clients, summarising key metrics, campaign results, and any relevant insights. Ensure that reports are accurate, insightful, and align with client expectations.
- Proactive Follow-Up: Monitor project timelines and deadlines, actively following up with both clients and internal teams to ensure that tasks are completed on schedule. Address any delays promptly and professionally.
- Process Oversight: Take ownership of client projects and campaigns, overseeing the entire process from initiation to execution. Collaborate with the team to ensure that client objectives are met and expectations are exceeded.
