Data entry - Updating my contact list in Mail chimp for my email marketing

I started my email contact list in Mailchimp back in 2013 when I was working full time. Since then I have had 2 kids and my email marketing took a back seat and contact list remained dormant while I was on maternity leave and working part time. My kids are now older and I am starting to dedicate more time to the business and want to start email marketing again but my list is terribly out of date and I need someone to update it for me and clean it up. I would estimate that there are a couple of hundred emails/contacts to update.

I need someone who is adept at mail chimp and who is discreet.
