Create email templates, auto responders, and set up an email campaign

I have recently launched a new ecommerce business specializing in the sale of mobile phone and tablet parts.
I would like to create auto responder emails for my website sales, newsletter sign-ups etc.
I would also like to start an email campaign for which i will require a few templates. The templates will advertise a range of products which are in most demand, the templates should be simple, readable from mobile devices and the design should work well where images are turned off.
An expert in this field who can advise and produce good work at a reasonable rate would be of great use to my business and i would certainly consider a long term relationship.
