Content & Outreach Assistant - Approximately 2 hours per week.
Support a disciplined, leadership-focused content strategy for a specialist consultancy working with Private Equity and asset-backed firms.
We're looking for a smart, tech-savvy freelancer to help us publish, schedule, and amplify a weekly thought leadership article (The Touchline Coach), and grow our audience of Chairs, CEOs, NEDs, and Portfolio Managers.
You’ll be responsible for:
Posting weekly articles on WordPress and optimising for long-tail SEO
Creating a branded image for each post and scheduling three social posts per article
Managing monthly LinkedIn newsletter formatting and 100 subscriber invites per week
Sending 50 targeted LinkedIn connection requests per week (using Sales Navigator)
Growing and managing our HubSpot CRM with 100 new qualified contacts per month
Setting up simple HubSpot email sequences (copy provided)
Tools we use: Adobe Express, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io
This is not a writing role or general admin job – it’s ideal for someone who understands professional B2B outreach, values rhythm and structure, and can keep things moving without being micromanaged.
