Description
Experience Level: Expert
We require an expert in cold email outreach who can set up and manage high deliverability campaigns, ensuring accounts are correctly warmed and protected from spam issues. You must be able to build effective outreach funnels, convert prospects to warm leads, and develop follow up email sequences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up cold email outreach campaigns
• Warm new email accounts safely to avoid bans or blacklisting
• Create deliverability safe sending schedules via gradual ramp up
• Write and structure outreach emails that convert
• Set up multi stage follow up sequences
• Monitor inbox deliverability, reputation and bounce rates
• Integrate leads sourced from Google Sheets into campaigns
• Help optimise open rates, reply rates and conversions
• Advise on best practices in domain reputation and SPF DKIM DMARC settings
Requirements:
• Proven experience in cold outreach
• Knowledge of email warming tools such as Instantly, Lemlist or Mailwarm
• Understanding of how to build sender reputation
• Knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC authentication
• Experience in writing clear persuasive emails
• Experience in B2B lead generation
• Familiarity with Google Sheets importing for lead lists
• Ability to report results clearly and track KPIs
Tools we currently have:
• Working domains and inboxes already set up
• Lead scraper tool providing fresh targeted contacts into a Google Sheet
Objectives:
• Maximise inbox landing rate
• Increase warm replies
• Convert cold outreach into active sales conversations
• Build a scalable outreach engine that runs consistently
