Description:
I am looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help build and maintain a high-quality B2B contact database for targeted email outreach. The focus will be on scandianvia, western europe across industries such as banking, insurance, and other professional services.

Your tasks will include:
- Researching company decision-makers (C-Level, Operations, Risk, Transformation, etc.) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or standard LinkedIn (for name, role, and company only — do not use personal email addresses from LinkedIn).
- Extracting company details from Apollo.io (business emails only).
- Verifying all emails using Hunter.io and NeverBounce (or ZeroBounce if you already have it).
- Delivering data in CSV format ready for import into Mautic, with the following columns:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Company Name
- Role / Title
- Industry
- Country
- Email (verified business address only AFTER they have been validated by the hunter/nobounce etc)
- Tagging and categorising contacts by industry, country, and role level based on provided guidelines.

Requirements:
- Proven experience with B2B lead generation and list building.
- Proficient with LinkedIn, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, and NeverBounce (or ZeroBounce).
- Accuracy and attention to detail — only valid, verified business emails accepted.
- No scraped or unverified emails.
- Familiarity with GDPR-compliant sourcing rules.
- Fast and reliable delivery.

Volume:
Ongoing — starting with 500 contacts, scaling to thousands per month.

Budget:
