We are Rosenfield Health, a UK-based medical software company working with NHS organisations. We are looking for a UK-based freelance Email Marketing Specialist to help us design, build and execute a targeted B2B email campaign for our BriX product.
What we need you to do:
Set up and manage a 3-stage funnel (TOFU → MOFU → BOFU) using HubSpot (preferred) or Mailchimp
Build a biweekly email cadence with persona-tailored variations (Entry Users, Influencers, Decision Makers)
Adapt our provided copy, subject lines and CTAs into branded email templates
Segment the contact list (provided) and personalise messaging
Track performance and provide reports (open rate, CTR, conversions)
Optimise deliverability and ensure GDPR/PECR compliance
Upload contacts, schedule sends, manage the project independently
What we will provide:
Contact list (Excel)
All product information and email bullet points
Branding assets (logo, colours, fonts)
Brochures/attachments
Clear schedule and tasks for each campaign
Project Details:
Duration: 4–5 months (Nov 2025 – Mar 2026)
Start: ASAP
Remote / flexible
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Collaboration with: Head of Sales
Ideal experience:
B2B email marketing (SaaS or healthcare preferred)
Strong at segmentation, automation, and analytics
HubSpot or Mailchimp expertise
Understanding of GDPR/PECR
Excellent copywriting and attention to detail
We want someone who can take ownership of the full email channel and execute consistently every two weeks.
