At Scale Email Marketing

Hello,

Due to recent changes in the government - My business has approx 6 to 8 weeks to execute our strategy.

I need someone who can help me get my marketing message to my email list of 20,000 people.

For context:
1) Historically I have marketed to an audience size of 3,000
2) I scraped an additional 17,000 contacts from LinkedIn and Apollo
3) I have tried adding the additional 17,000 contacts to my existing email software but I was marked as Spam

I need help with an experienced email marketer who knows how to build a deliverable email system to an audience of 20,000 in a short space of time.
