Description
Experience Level: Expert
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for a senior ActiveCampaign email marketer who can build a clean, conversion-led automation system for my coaching business.
I have (rather poorly) run a few campaigns and am not using it enough to warrant the monthly investment, so I want to level up.
This is not a “design a few emails” job. This is strategy + implementation inside ActiveCampaign, with clear deliverables and performance thinking.
Context
* I have 1,000+ lukewarm leads (business owners).
* Goal 1: Move them into a quiz completion funnel: www.m90x.ai
* Goal 2: After quiz completion, move qualified leads towards booking a 15-minute call with me.
NOTE: I am open to advice on adjusting the goal
Supporting links (to understand voice, offer, and audience):
* Website: www.m90x.io
* YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@kookssahota/
* Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/kookssahota/
Phase 1 — Audit (must be included)
You will assess my existing ActiveCampaign setup, including:
* Current campaigns/automations
* Lists/tags/custom fields
* Deliverability basics and list hygiene (at a sensible level)
* Gaps/opportunities (quick wins + structural issues)
Output: A short action plan: what’s broken, what’s missing, what gets built first, and why.
Phase 2 — Build the pre-quiz automation (value → quiz)
You will build an automation that:
* Sends a value-packed first email (I will provide core content/points)
* Designs and writes the follow-up sequence that drives:
* engagement
* trust
* and quiz completion at www.m90x.ai
* Uses sensible segmentation where appropriate (e.g., engaged vs unengaged, clicks, etc.)
* Includes subject lines, preview text, and clear CTAs
* Is built cleanly with tags/goals so I can track progress
Phase 3 — Build the post-quiz automation (value → qualify → 15-min call)
Once someone completes the quiz:
* Trigger a new automation that delivers value and converts qualified leads to a 15-minute call booking
* Ideally includes logic/segmentation based on quiz outcome (if data is available)
* Includes friction-reducing copy (objections, trust, clarity, next step)
* Creates a simple but measurable funnel path (no spaghetti automations)
What “good” looks like
* You understand direct-response email and behavioural psychology (not generic “nurture”)
* You write in a clear, British-friendly business tone (confident, not hypey)
* You build trackable automations (goals, tags, event tracking where possible)
* You don’t overcomplicate: simple system, strong copy, clean structure
* You can explain your decisions briefly and logically
Please include in your proposal
1. 2–3 examples of ActiveCampaign automations you’ve built (screenshots or descriptions are fine)
2. Your approach to turning lukewarm leads into quiz completions
3. How you’d structure segmentation (high-level)
4. Confirmation that you can both write the emails and build the automations inside ActiveCampaign
5. Your estimated timeline in days (not hours) and how you work (milestones)
Deal-breakers (don’t apply if…)
* You outsource the work without telling me
* You can’t show examples of real ActiveCampaign builds
* You rely on templates without thinking through the funnel
* You require long meetings to “discover the brand” I have attached a brand doc.
* You have no experience with ActiveCampaign
To apply for this project, please START your response with the following: "I know ActiveCampaign."
