To drive traffic to my web site and online shopify store

I am in need of some assistance with marketing my ecommerce store and website. I am not confident with making use of my social media platforms Facebook & Instagram any more as every thing changes so quickly. I have attempted to use Facebook ads, with little success. I really dont know what I am doing.

I am a professional photographer, who needs more photographic work in via traffic to my website, Link below and I am also a photographic artist with a new online store I have put together with my art prints, clothing and other items. Ive had fantastic feed back when I have taken my stall to various events, but now i need to make this work online. I need to take this to the next level.

I have tried to be as present as possible online with social media, but feel I am simply getting nowhere and its very disheartening. Seems like unless you have thousands of followers then you just dont get noticed.

So to clarify, I need social medai marketing and ecommerce support. My budget is pretty tight, as I have not been getting the work in like i used to. Happy to discuss all options. I have put per hour, but also happy to have a fixed price.
