TikTok Shop Manager (Shopify & Aff Growth) – Travel Art Brand

Project Description: We are a UK-based travel print and home decor brand (NQ Media Designs) currently looking to scale our presence beyond our current online shops. We have a fully functional Shopify store and are looking for a specialist to set up, manage, and grow our TikTok Shop UK presence.

Our products are high-quality travel prints that resonate with wanderlust and interior design enthusiasts. We need a manager who can turn our visual assets into a sales engine.

Key Responsibilities:
• Shopify-TikTok Integration: Ensure our Shopify product feed is perfectly synced with TikTok Shop (stock levels, pricing, and descriptions).
• Affiliate Management: Actively reach out to UK-based travel and home decor influencers to join our affiliate program. Manage sample requests and track affiliate performance.
• Shop Management: Monitor the TikTok Seller Center daily, ensuring all "Health" metrics are met and orders are flowing through to our fulfillment system.
• Campaign Setup: Organise "Flash Sales," discount vouchers, and TikTok-exclusive promotions to drive impulse buys.
• Content Strategy: Provide guidance on which prints are trending to help us create/source high-converting "shoppable" videos.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven track record of managing TikTok Shop UK (please provide examples of shops you have grown).
• Expertise in Shopify integrations.
• Strong communication skills for influencer outreach and relationship building.
• Knowledge of TikTok’s "Seller Health" policies to ensure our account remains in good standing.
• Data-driven: Ability to report on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and Affiliate ROI.

Budget & Duration: We are looking for an initial setup phase followed by a monthly retainer (e.g., 2–4 hours per week). Please quote your monthly rate or hourly preference.

We are offering an initial monthly retainer of £150.00 per month, plus a 5% commission on all sales generated through the shop.
