The Role (What you’ll do)
We’re hiring an experienced individual or studio to build and run our social presence from start to finish. As our chief digital curator and strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, managing our online community, and analysing performance metrics to optimise our digital presence.
• Brand Voice & Direction: Set tone, pillars, and cadence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest (and LinkedIn).
• Content Creation: Plan and produce native content (short-form, long-form, carousels, pins).
• Storytelling & Education: Turn provenance and craft into engaging maker stories, behind-the-scenes, and “how to choose” guides.
• Community Building: Grow thoughtful engagement and manage creator/brand collaborations.
• Performance & Reporting: Track, learn, and improve with clear goals and monthly reporting.
• Launches & Campaigns: Turn product drops and partnerships into multi-channel campaigns.

What good looks like (Requirements)
• 5–8+ years leading social for luxury, design, or premium lifestyle brands (agency or in-house).
• Portfolio that proves native excellence on TikTok/IG and long-form YouTube.
• Evidence of sustained brand building (not just paid spikes).
• Hands-on production skills (shooting, editing, writing strong hooks/captions).
• Confident with analytics (native + GA4), testing, and transparent reporting.
• Bonus: Pinterest SEO; experience across UK/EU/US/India/UAE/Japan; comfort presenting to board-level stakeholders.
• Openness to value-aligned compensation (retainer + equity/profit-share) tied to milestones.
