I’m looking for someone who can take over my social media and run effective ad campaigns. I need consistent content, better engagement and ads that actually convert. The goal is to grow my audience, increase traffic and bring in more sales.

You should be able to:
• Create and schedule posts for Facebook and Instagram
• Run paid ads with proper targeting
• Improve engagement and brand visibility
• Design simple graphics or creatives for posts
• Track results and share performance reports
• Suggest ideas to help the brand grow
