Marketing for my Shopify shop, start with Google Paid Ads set up

Hello there,
Please I am looking for a Digital Marketing expert to help me with my shop.

I already have a full working website, all listings in, and have some Social Media presence, but I'm looking for help to increase traffic, starting for someone to help me set up Google Paid ads with the correct keywords.
I already have a Google Merchant account and I believe it is already connected to the shop, apparently I can use all Google Ad campaigns except Google Shopping because my prints are done on demand.

Bonus task: improving the overall SEO of the site.

If we work well together, I hope you can help with ALL the marketing on a long term basis, if not 'forever'.

My online shop is based in Canada and I sell fantasy prints with my very vibrant and elaborate designs, mainly hoodies, kimonos, bedding sets, pillows, curtains, shower curtains, etc. Niche is people who are into fantasy art, mythology and probably also video games and anime. Designs are things like dragons, viking style stuff and other motifs. Most of my customers come from the US and Canada, because of this needed cultural knowledge, people based there may be preferred.

I'm intentionally not sharing the website publicly yet because of fear of spam.
