Landing page as the example

I am looking for someone to make a landing page for my business, very much along the lines of this link. It is long and has a lot in it so please check it before bidding. I will supply the text and the images. I want it to be very much like the example with my information and a different topic.

I dont know if it makes any difference but my website is in Wordpress.

I will not be ready to start this properly for 3 weeks, but will ultimately probably have a few variations on this page for different products. The Budget shown is just what PPH suggests
