Google Misrepresentation Policy Violations

Hi,

My store is being flagged for misrepresentation and I have been unable to run google ads for a couple of months now. I've contacted Google multiple times to try and seek advice but they don't offer any help. I've reviewed the policies over and over to try and find the cause of the issue but I am at a loss.

Looking for someone who has dealt with this issue before and can assess my store to advise on the issue and resolve.
