Full-Stack E-Commerce Marketer for Modest Fashion Brand

I am looking for an experienced full-stack digital marketer to help scale my modest fashion brand (Turksarayi Fashion) and increase daily website sales.

We sell elegant modest clothing for women, and we want a marketer who understands fashion content, Meta Ads, and social media growth.

Your main goal:
Increase traffic and help us reach 10+ online orders per day through ads and content.

Your Responsibilities:

Run and manage Facebook & Instagram Ads

Run TikTok Ads and help with organic growth

Create or edit fashion reels using our product videos

Choose the best content from our recent photoshoot

Improve website conversion (landing pages, product pages)

Plan weekly promotions (new drops, bundles, discounts)

Grow our Instagram/TikTok engagement

Analyze ad performance and scale winning campaigns

Advise on what content to shoot next time

Requirements:

Experience with fashion or modest fashion brands

Strong skills in Meta Ads

Ability to create aesthetic content (reels/TikTok)

Understanding of modest fashion aesthetics (elegant, clean, flowy style)

Ability to increase sales through ads + content

Portfolio of past ads or results is required
