Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist – French Market

About Us:
We are a fast-growing European e-commerce retailer specialising in retail packaging — carrier bags, paper bags, tissue paper, and packaging accessories — and we are looking for a native or near-native French-speaking digital marketing specialist to help us grow in the French market.
This is not a translation job. We need someone who thinks, writes, and markets in French natively — someone who understands how French customers search, evaluate, and buy online.

What you'll be working on:
Proofreading French email marketing campaigns
Localisation — ensuring tone, terminology, and messaging feel genuinely native rather than adapted from English
Performance recommendations based on French e-commerce benchmarks

What we need from you:
Native or near-native French, strong English
Proven e-commerce digital marketing experience
Understanding of French consumer behaviour and B2B/B2C copy conventions
Retail or product e-commerce experience is a plus
Self-sufficient and able to work to briefs independently

This starts as a project engagement with strong potential for an ongoing relationship.
