Etsy Specialist to Set Up and Manage an Art and Stationery Shop

We are looking for an experienced Etsy specialist to set up and manage the technical and commercial side of a new Etsy shop selling original collage artwork.

The initial product range will include:

- Digital and print-on-demand art prints and posters
- Personalised invitations and complete event stationery suites
- Greeting cards
- Notebooks
- Adult colouring books
- Other digital and print-on-demand products

The artist will provide the original artwork and creative direction. We need an Etsy specialist who can translate the artwork into professionally presented, correctly configured and commercially positioned listings.

Initial project scope

The first phase will include:

- Setting up and optimising the Etsy shop
- Recommending the appropriate shop structure and product categories
- Conducting Etsy keyword, competitor and product research
- Advising on the strongest products and formats for the initial launch
- Creating and publishing approximately 10–15 listings
- Writing search-optimised titles, descriptions and tags
- Advising on pricing, product variations and bundles
- Creating or arranging professional product mock-ups
- Setting up digital downloads correctly
- Recommending and integrating an appropriate print-on-demand supplier
- Configuring personalisation options for invitations and stationery
- Ensuring all files, dimensions and print specifications are correct
- Configuring shop policies, delivery information and FAQs
- Reviewing the completed shop before launch
- Providing a clear handover explaining how everything has been configured

We may subsequently require ongoing support with:

- Publishing new listings
- Optimising existing listings
- Monitoring views, clicks, favourites, conversion and sales
- Etsy Ads setup and management
- Print-on-demand administration
- Seasonal product and keyword research
- Monthly performance reporting and recommendations

Required experience

We are specifically looking for someone with demonstrable Etsy expertise, ideally involving:

- Art prints and posters
- Digital products
- Personalised invitations or stationery
- Print-on-demand products
- Etsy SEO and keyword research
- Etsy Ads and listing optimisation

General e-commerce experience alone is not sufficient. You must understand Etsy’s own search system, listing requirements and buyer behaviour.
