1. About the Project
Client: A UK-based company operating 10 ownership-only holiday caravan & lodge parks in UK (park names will be shared with the chosen freelancer).

Objective: Launch a single, lead-generation eBay Featured Shop showcasing roughly 50 presited static caravans & lodges (≈ 5 units per park).

2. Project Goals
Open & brand one eBay Featured Shop under the client’s business credentials.

Configure categories, business policies, MUAA permissions and a reusable listing template (specs below).

Publish three live Classified Ad listings (one hero unit from three different parks) to prove everything works.

Provide a concise handover pack + ≤ 5-minute Loom walkthrough for the client team.

4. Required Setup Steps
4.1 Shop Subscription
Activate or confirm a Featured Shop (£77 + VAT / month).

4.2 Branding
Upload logo & banner.

Tagline: “10 ownership-only caravan parks in Shropshire & Mid-Wales.”

Add a two-sentence description plus the placeholder phone/email supplied.

4.3 Categories (place-holders)
Create 10 top-level parent categories labelled Park 1 … Park 10, each with three child categories:

Lodges £80k+

Caravans £40–80k

Pre-loved Deals

(The client will rename parks once the contract is awarded.)

4.4 Business Policies
Payment: “Payment on viewing – deposit by card acceptable.”

Postage: “Collection in person only.”

Returns: “View before sale – statutory rights apply.”

4.5 MUAA Permissions
Invite the two client eBay IDs (supplied) with Create/Edit Listings & Messages rights.

6. Timeline & Budget
Timeline: 3 calendar days from asset hand-off.

8. Prohibited Actions
❌ Altering payout bank or legal entity details.

❌ Listing anything as Auction or Fixed-Price.

❌ Using a non-park postcode in Item Location.

❌ Sharing master password via email.

9. How to Apply
Confirm you have an active UK eBay seller ID.

Share 1–2 eBay shops you’ve previously set up.
