Description
We sell home and garden products online and are looking for someone who can manage and scale our advertising accounts, particularly Facebook Ads and Google Ads, as well as manage regular email campaigns through Klaviyo.
We are looking for a long-term partner who can help improve performance and consistently grow sales.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimise Facebook (Meta) Ads campaigns
Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns
Identify opportunities to grow and scale the account
Improve ROAS and campaign performance
Create and test new campaigns
Manage Klaviyo email marketing
Create and send regular promotional emails and daily offers
Monitor performance and suggest improvements
Requirements
Proven experience managing e-commerce advertising accounts
Strong experience with Facebook Ads
Experience with Google Ads
Experience with Klaviyo email marketing
Ability to grow accounts and improve results
Reliable and good communication
Payment Structure
This role is typically commission-based, with payment at an agreed rate, usually between 1% and 1.5%, depending on experience and results.
We are looking for a long-term working relationship.
