Diverse Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a Virtual Marketing Assistant to assist with a variety of tasks aimed at streamlining our marketing efforts. The primary responsibilities include filling in daily reports, basic work on email marketing platforms like Klaviyo/OmniSend, and updating product listings and content pages on Shopify. The role requires strong English, time management skills, and working independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Fill in daily marketing reports
Perform basic tasks in Klaviyo/OmniSend, such as setting up email sequences and managing subscriber lists
Update Shopify product listings, descriptions, and content pages
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute on strategies and campaigns
Ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard of quality

Nice-to-Haves:
WordPress content experience
Basic understanding of SEO
Familiarity with Google Ads
Experience with ChatGPT, Google Bard, and Sendy

Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Independence and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
Must be online for some portion of our daily working hours (8 AM-5 PM Arizona Time, Monday to Friday)
