Product launch marketing and sales conversion plan

I want someone to take our product and launch it into the UK market over a 30 day plan. Our product is relatively market specific to the equestrian world. we ideally want to target Scotland and the North West of England.

We would like someone to layout a plan and produce the content and do all the marketing over the coming 30 day period. we would expect a minimum of 2 sales inquiries converting to orders over this period, that is the goal. We of course would want to measure various tools being used to attract and grow the audience.

What do we have - we have a website (Pretty basic) but purposely so, not very SEO driven. We have our logo's, some content and now at the stage of deciding the best SM channels for traction.
