I need a Facebook advert setup (including Facebook pixel).

I run a small bookkeeping practice & I've made a spreadsheet which I'm looking to give away to small business owners (in England). I've created a landing page on my website with download buttons for my spreadsheet.

I want a Facebook ad setup that targets small business owners in England. I've added the code for my Facebook pixel to my website. However, it's still not fully setup.

I need:

- My Facebook pixel to be setup properly.
-An advert created, where I can capture email addresses & it takes them to the landing page on my website.
