Analytics and Google Ads Conversion Tracking Setup

I'm looking for someone with lots of experience in installing conversion tracking on WordPress and setting up corresponding analytics goals and google ads conversions for two sites.

Essentially I need...

Website one

- Website phone number clicks tracked in analytics and google ads (not Ad number clicks)
- I have a google tag manager account already set up for this one

Website two

- Website phone number clicks
- Clicks from a web site-wide CTA button
- Mailto clicks
(These are all in the headers and footers of pages)

There is a slight rush on this - I need to get everything sorted in the next couple of days...
