Adwords Optimization

Hello,

At the moment it seems that my current budget is not getting me far enough, all of my Ad words quality scores are low

So I would like someone to create some good campaigns that can help me get more for my budget.
Look at the competition
Increase CRT
Lower CPC
Implement conversion tracking

And maybe work with me in making a page that Ad words will like? I am open to suggestions.
