Social Media Content Creator Needed — Luxury Real Estate Investment Campaign (Marbella, Spain)
We are The Barroso Family Office, an established family office actively investing in premium property developments across Marbella and the Costa del Sol. We are seeking an experienced freelance content creator to produce a suite of high-quality social media assets for an investor acquisition campaign.
What we need:
Stills (static images) for LinkedIn and Instagram, short-form videos and Reels for LinkedIn and Instagram, and Story assets — all following a detailed creative brief that will be provided upon engagement. Assets must reflect a luxury, prestigious aesthetic in line with our brand colours (deep navy and gold).
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience creating content for luxury real estate, finance, or high-end brands. A strong portfolio of LinkedIn and Instagram campaigns. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, or Figma. The ability to deliver editable source files alongside exported JPG/MP4 assets. Experience adding captions/subtitles to video content.
Project scope:
Full details are in the brief, but broadly: 9 still image assets across multiple formats and 3 short video/reel assets. Subtitled and non-subtitled versions of videos required. All stills required with and without text overlay.
