Request for Digital Content & Online Visibility Expert

We are seeking an experienced digital content and online visibility expert to support our company on a monthly basis, regardless of whether there are ongoing physical activities.
This assignment will primarily focus on the Rwanda market, while also strengthening our visibility and positioning across Africa.
Scope of Work
1. Content Creation
o Create and publish professional content at least four (4) times per month.
o Content to reflect our brand, services, achievements, and general company positioning.
o Content to be tailored to the Rwanda audience and adaptable for regional (Africa-wide) relevance.
o Content to be suitable for social media platforms and our website.
2. Social Media & Website Growth
o Grow and actively manage our social media platforms with a strong focus on Rwanda, while expanding reach within African markets.
o Drive traffic to our website through targeted content, keywords, and engagement strategies relevant to Rwanda and Africa.
3. Google Visibility & Reviews
o Create a direct Google review link and QR code for clients to easily leave reviews.
o Improve our Google Business Profile visibility, ensuring our services appear among the top search results in Rwanda, with growing reach across Africa.
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking
o Provide a monthly performance report, which will serve as the basis for payment approval.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The expert will be evaluated based on the following monthly KPIs:
Content & Activity
• Minimum 4 high-quality posts per month (social media + website).
• 100% on-time publishing.
• Content relevance to Rwanda market needs, with African contextual alignment.
Social Media Growth
• Minimum 5–10% monthly increase in followers (Rwanda-focused).
• Minimum 10–15% increase in engagement (likes, comments, shares).
• Growth in audience reach within East Africa and Africa.
Website Performance
• Minimum 10–20% monthly increase in website visits.
• Increased traffic originating from Rwanda and African countries.
• Improved average session duration and reduced bounce rate.
Google Visibility
• At least 5–10 new Google reviews per month from clients.
• Improved Google search ranking for core services in Rwanda.
• Optimized Google Business Profile aligned with Rwanda and Africa keywords.
Reporting
• Monthly report including:
o Content published
o Engagement analytics
o Website traffic (with geographic breakdown)
o Google reviews and search ranking progress
o Recommendations tailored to Rwanda and African markets
This engagement will be ongoing and paid monthly, subject to satisfactory delivery and reporting.
