David,
Somewhat confusing that you posted this as a Fixed Price, when your description suggests you want 'Ongoing' support?
Can you clarify exactly how many hours' support you expect for the £250 budget?
You also need to remove the request for two writing samples demonstrating ability to create engaging content 'as part of the proposal process', The site's Project Posting Policy (which you agreed when you signed up) says explicitly that asking for free samples is not allowed. If you want to get an idea of someone's work, look at their Portfolio, or purchase an Offer to try them out at a low cost. It's a basic safeguard to protect us from Buyers building free Portfolios.
