PAIL® Solicitors is seeking a LinkedIn Growth & Conversion Specialist to manage and grow our LinkedIn Premium Company Page and drive qualified traffic to our website.
This is a results-driven role, focused not just on posting content, but on building authority, generating engagement, and converting visitors into enquiries.
Key Objectives (Trial Period)
Increase LinkedIn Company Page visibility and engagement
Drive targeted traffic to the website
Improve conversion pathways (LinkedIn → website → enquiry)
Strengthen brand authority through media, insights, and content
Core Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Posting
Plan and execute 2–3 posts per week
Content types:
Media features (Times, Sunday Times, VAN, podcast)
Legal insights (short, high-impact)
Client-facing resources (e.g. Film Legal Risk Checklist)
Service highlights (Film, Modelling, Influencer, Esports)
2. Conversion-Focused Optimisation
Ensure posts include clear CTAs (download, contact, read more)
Drive traffic to:
Website service pages
Lead magnets (e.g. checklist)
Optimise LinkedIn Company Page (Featured + Highlights)
3. Engagement & Growth
Respond to comments/messages
Identify and engage with:
Founders, creatives, agencies, producers
Grow followers organically (no spam tactics)
4. Performance Tracking
Provide a weekly summary including:
Post reach & engagement
Click-throughs to website
Follower growth
What content is performing best
5. Collaboration
Work with Peter to:
Approve posts
Align messaging with legal positioning
Repurpose:
Existing testimonials
Media mentions
Website content
Deliverables (3-Month Trial)
Minimum 24–30 LinkedIn posts
At least 3–5 high-performing posts (above baseline engagement)
Measurable increase in website traffic from LinkedIn
Improved Company Page structure and positioning
Success Metrics
+30–50% increase in LinkedIn engagement
Consistent click-throughs to website
At least 3–5 inbound enquiries influenced by LinkedIn
Clear evidence of content → traffic → conversion flow
Candidate Profile
Proven experience growing LinkedIn pages (B2B/professional services preferred)
Strong understanding of conversion-focused content
Ability to write clear, authoritative, non-fluffy content
Familiarity with legal, media, or creative industries is a plus
