IG/TkTk testimonial Video edits for conversion / lead generation

I need IG Reel and TikTok very shortform video content that uses video testimonials I have from clients to showcase my work as a men's coach and the powerful transformations my clients experience. The purpose of the videos is to get men booking free discovery calls, joining my men's groups in Scotland, listening to my podcast and joining my retreats. Ideal client - 28-38 professional man - either runs own business, or is a leader/manager in a corporate. He's got disposable income. He is either already dipping his toes into men's work or is ready to. He's ready to do what it takes to live a life without regret. Maybe his relationship has hit a sticky patch. Maybe he's fallen back into unhelpful patterns of worry and indecision. Money isn't a worry for him. But his future, being fulfilled and being a man without regret does worry him because he knows he's holding himself back. He's looking to be a better man, less reactive, more attentive, have healthier habits, be more emotionally intelligent, he's missing the company of men like him who want to grow and enjoy more from life. He's bored of drink, drugs etc, and surface level chat. He wants to drop his masks and be himself without people around him judging him. His circle of friends is small and the men he hangs around with don't inspire him to be a better man. He wants to be a father and to do a good job as a father he knows he has to sort some of his s**t out.
