VEDA is a property development brand focused on building sustainable, wellness-driven homes with timeless design. We are preparing to launch a paid social campaign across Facebook and Instagram to promote our flagship development, Kingswood. All creative assets (graphics, videos, and copy) are complete and ready to go.
What We Need:
We are looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Manager/Media Buyer to help us with the technical setup and optimization of the campaign. Specifically, we need someone who can:
• Define and build the right audiences: Leverage data, insights, and Facebook’s targeting tools to ensure we are reaching the ideal buyer personas.
• Set up campaigns in Ads Manager: Create campaign structures, ad sets, and ads within the platform, ensuring everything is correctly linked (pixels, UTM tracking, etc.).
• Advise on best practices: Offer guidance on budget allocation, audience segmentation, and ad placements to maximize effectiveness.
• Launch and monitor initial performance: Oversee the campaign’s launch to ensure it runs smoothly and provide quick feedback on any immediate optimizations.
You Won’t Need To:
• Create or edit any ad creative or copy — this is all completed.
• Develop a full strategy from scratch (we have a clear marketing message and audience outline based on the StoryBrand framework).
Ideal Experience:
• Proven track record managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, ideally for property, real estate, or high-value products.
• Strong understanding of audience building, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting.
• Confidence using Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Pixel setup.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to read data and suggest meaningful adjustments.
Timing:
We aim to get this campaign live within the next 2 weeks.
