Help me reach UK based men and women aged 65 plus.

I am about to launch a website all about healthy ageing. It contains original articles, audio interviews with inspirational seniors, and a forum element where visitors are encouraged to register in order to start a conversation, or comment on someone else's - all on the broad subject of healthy ageing.

My primary target market:
UK-based solvent men and women aged 65 plus who have the wish and determination to age as well as possible and make the most of their senior years.

My secondary target audience:
The sons/daughters/nieces/nephews/younger friends of my primary target who can influence them to visit the site in the first place.

My tertiary audience:
Potential advertisers, affiliates, sponsors.

So I seek someone with a track record of reaching out to my primary target, who can raise awareness and drive traffic (largely organically) to the site which is currently self -funded by me.

Please note, as the site grows and starts to pay for itself, I will be reinvesting in the marketing, and will be reliant on this social media professional who can work with me on an ongoing basis as part of my team.
