Financial Services Facebook Advertising

We are a small Mortgage Brokerage, who have recently changed our business model to work with Construction firms etc to try and generate some leads. We are looking to create a couple of advertisements for use on Facebook, one to appeal to B2B Users, to encourage Partnering with us and one to clients who are looking to borrow money. We are aware that Financial Services / Housing type adverts are tricky to get right on Facebook, and would welcome a chat if you think you may be able to help us. Our budget is quite small initially, but if this is successful we would be keen to deepen our use of Facebook Ads. We have a Facebook and Instagram Account, along with an Ad Account and a Pixel.
