Project: Eye-Grabbing Landing Page for Estate Agents

I need a creative landing page designed to grab the attention of UK independent estate agency owners. This will be pushed on LinkedIn, so it needs to stop the scroll and make them think, “Ooh… tell me more!”

I’ve already written the guide — your job is to make people WANT it.

What the page needs to do:

Hook estate agency owners fast

Sell the value of the guide in a clear, punchy way

Get visitors to enter their name, email and phone number to access it

Look modern, clean and professional (but NOT boring)

What I’m looking for:

Someone who actually gets landing pages

Experience designing high-converting pages for LinkedIn traffic

An eye for layout, flow, and calls-to-action

A bit of creativity — not a cookie-cutter template
