Digital Marketing Expert needed to grow online presence/startup

Looking for a very experienced digital marketing professional with a proven track record of growing the online presence of their clients, driving traffic to their websites, getting online interviews and growing startup brand visibility on a monthly basis . Must be excellent with communications, digital marketing and can write and work in the pharma/health sector. English must be native tongue. Positive, can-do attitude and a go-getter are a must. Must be flexible to work over weekends and use whatsapp for communication. $300 monthly to start, and if works well will be numerous accounts.
