Description
Experience Level: Entry
Estimated project duration: Ongoing
Hey freelancers,
I'm looking for a killer content marketer to replace me as I move to pastures new. I've worked for this company for almost 6 years - they are amazing! - and ideally the person who replaces me will also be in this for the long term.
Chiefly, this is a content marketing role. The company is all about tutoring and supporting students at higher education level (undergraduate and beyond). You'll be managing the blog (which gets 300k+ hits a month), email marketing, social channels, the website, and general copywriting.
We're looking for someone with min. 3 years experience in content marketing, with good knowledge of;
* Copywriting: websites, emails, blog posts
* Production: WordPress, Stripo (for email design), Intercom
* SEO
* Reporting: SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, etc.
ABOUT YOU:
* English native
* Excellent writer/proofreader
* Pays attention to detail
* Knowledge of higher education system
* You have design chops and are a Canva whizz
* Happy to do some admin-related tasks
* Can start ASAP
BONUS POINTS IF YOU:
* Are in the UK or on a close timezone
* Have good availability
* Are a quick learner
* Use initiative / are proactive
* Have social media experience
* Are technically clued-up / familiar with tools like Slack, Coda, Google sheets etc.
Hours are flexible but will be around 20-30 hours per week. Salary is £40,000 per annum, pro-rata. The company is flexible on how this is paid: either on a part-time permanent basis or freelance contracted.
Please start your reply with the word AWESOMESAUCE so I know you've read this post thoroughly!
I look forward to reading your applications.
