Content Creator

Lead exciting content that drives engagement within our membership

You'll support our Partnerships & Pathway Lead in fulfilling a programme of high quality content to deliver on our membership

- Lead our content creation:
- Take ‘hero’ content from keynote workshops with our mentors to produce snippets (podcasts, blogs, articles and OnDemand content) for our members to access
- Create within the platform - this will involve attending workshops, capturing takeaways to share after events, write blogs and build content from around the web etc
- Facilitate conversations on the network, host interviews with mentors and learners and support on masterclasses that our mentors host
- Share content across our social media channels to grow our community on relevant platforms
- Engaging with our followers on our social channels to invite them to the network.

- Compile useful resources across several themes that our customers care about - such as keeping an up to date Grants and Opportunities Airtable - so that we always have an eye on what content is coming up that month

- You'll need to be able to design through platforms like canva, edit video and audio (clipchamp etc), an ability to use webflow for website updates and copywriting to produce good standard of written English

- Offer community support for our learners (aka members):
- Welcome new learners into the network
- Work with the community team, to help learners find other exciting people
- Direct them to great content and help them discover the best community activities (Workshop, masterclasses)

- Be an ambassador for WONDR, working closely with the management team produce and deliver content to our community frequently.

GREAT TO HAVE:
It will be very useful and beneficial if you have an interest in issues affecting climate change and the role business has to play in tackling environmental and social issues.
- An interest in all things sustainability driven - climate and socially related - an interest in the issues surrounding our planet, our societies and the cultural trends affecting the way we live and work
- An interest in business topics that support positive change; supply chains, manufacturing, ethics, consumer trends, social enterprises, impact models

There will be exciting opportunities to engage and talk with people who are at the forefront of these topics and an ability to learn, understand and take an interest in their work is important for success.
