Description
Experience Level: Entry
We are launching our Christmas Appeal campaign, running throughout December, to raise funds and awareness for the mental health services we provide across Bath and BaNES. The campaign will take the form of an online “advent calendar”, releasing daily pieces of engaging content such as wellbeing tips, recipes, case studies, volunteer stories, and product promotions.
We require an overarching piece of campaign artwork that can be used as the visual identity across all assets.
Key Deliverables:
1. Primary Campaign Artwork (Banner)
o To be used as a large website banner
o Design should be scalable/croppable for other uses (e.g. emails, social media)
2. Editable Canva File
o Ideally, the artwork is either created in Canva or delivered in a way that can be uploaded and edited within our Canva Pro account
o I need to be able to amend text, adjust placements, and create versions with different messaging throughout the campaign
Copy/Text:
• Main Heading: Christmas Appeal
• Subheading/Tagline: A season to breathe
Design Style:
• Tone: Uplifting, warm, festive, but not overly commercial or cluttered
• Themes: Winter, calm, hope, community, support, warmth
• Audience: Local community, supporters, donors, service users
• Branding: Use Bath Mind brand colours/fonts where appropriate, but allow room for seasonal elements
• Inspiration: Consider soft festive illustrations, snowy textures, candles, nature, cosy scenes — nothing overly religious or heavily Santa-themed
Usage Context:
• Website header/banner – full screen 1080 by 608 pixels
Technical Specs:
• Preferred format: Canva file (shared to our Canva account), or compatible uploadable design (e.g. PDF/PNG with editable elements)
• Website banner size: (Please suggest standard dimensions, or confirm with us if unsure)
• Exportable for social media/posters/email use
Reference Materials:
• Bath Mind brand guidelines - we can only supply national Mind guidelines but will also provide our logos
• Previous campaign designs – you can see our current style of work through our social channels
