Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced marketing contractor to assist with developing and executing marketing campaigns for our clients. This is a project-based, remote position with potential for ongoing work based on performance.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, SEO, etc.) tailored to client goals.

Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategies.

Create engaging content and ad copy for various platforms.

Monitor campaign performance, provide data-driven insights, and recommend optimizations.

Collaborate with the IronCrest Marketing team to ensure all deliverables align with client expectations and brand guidelines.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or contractor role.

Strong skills in at least two of the following:

Social Media Marketing

Paid Advertising

SEO & Content Marketing

Email Marketing

Strong writing skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:
B2B and high-ticket product/service marketing

Familiarity with marketing analytics tools

Contract Details:
Project-based with potential for ongoing monthly retainer.

Remote work with flexible hours.

Paid Monthly based on project and how many projects you are working on.
