We're looking for a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to help promote our PartnerLink referral program, which targets Amazon sellers in the £500K–£5M turnover range. Your role will be to identify, recruit, and manage high-potential affiliates who can introduce Amazon sellers to our offshore staffing solutions.
This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential, ideal for someone who understands the Amazon seller ecosystem and has experience driving affiliate growth through outreach, partnerships, and digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Promote our PartnerLink program across relevant affiliate platforms, communities, and influencers.
- Identify and recruit affiliates who have access to Amazon sellers (e.g. agencies, consultants, coaches, tool providers).
- Develop outreach strategies using email, LinkedIn, partnerships, and Amazon-focused groups.
- Optimise affiliate onboarding processes to maximise conversions.
- Track, report, and optimise campaign performance (clicks, leads, conversions).
- Provide ongoing support and communication to affiliate partners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partner outreach.
- Strong understanding of the Amazon FBA ecosystem and seller pain points.
- Experience using tools like PartnerStack, Tapfiliate, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-focused.
- (Preferred) Network within the Amazon or eCommerce space.
