Development of complex auction site

Hi all

My client wants to have a website developed to have the same functionality as the website anyvan.com

Please look at this website prior to bidding and make sure that you can do EVERYTHING that this website does. If you can't do everything, then please state in your proposal the parts that you cannot do.

IDEALLY this website will be in WordPress so my client can go back and edit themselves. However, if this causes limitations or problems, then an alternative CMS would be considered.

The client is looking to get this done within the next few weeks but is prepared to wait for the right candidate.
