Development of a Website for a wedding photographer

I would like a professional website developed for my very new wedding photography business.

I want this site to be approx 6 pages including
Home page
About us page
Contact page
Portfolio page (will need to have stock images used - i have none at present as i have two jobs waiting these images will need to be various different types of photographs taken at weddings)
Packages page to detail the options availible
Testimonial page
Blog page (that i can update easily)

Im have an idea of where i can get hosting so wont need that ,

but i will need the successful candidate to upload this website for me.

In your response please include some ideas on what youd like to do with this project.
If you have any ideas on how you could help get me to the top of the google rankings that would help.
I want do not want standard responses please, need this to be personally as its going to reflect my work.

Im looking to sign off on this starting within a cocuple of days, and i would like ideas on how quickly you could get this done as well as a price.

Please note as a start up my budget is limited and i am looking for value.

I have 3 other business ideas in the fire that will require websites also and am looking to build a relationship.
